Inconel600 alloy is a ni - cr - fe - based solid solution reinforced alloy, with good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation
resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding properties, under 700℃ with satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity.
Application
● thermocouple casing in an erosive atmosphere
Production of vinyl chloride monomer: resistance to chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, oxidation and carbonization corrosion
Uranium oxidation conversion to hexafluoride: resistance to hydrogen fluoride corrosion
The production and use of corrosive alkali metals, especially the use of sulfide environment
● titanium dioxide by chlorine gas method
Production of organic or inorganic chloride and fluoride: resistance to chlorine and fluorine gas corrosion
● nuclear reactor
● flask and components in heat treatment furnace, especially in carbonization and nitriding atmosphere
● the catalytic regenerator in petrochemical production is recommended to use alloy 600H in the application above 700℃ for a long service life.
